The slim rays from the gaps ,
Touching my wrinkles with hugs,
Make me pause my life
For a while and look out
Of the windows of rife
Into the meadows of right.
The silver flowers
And the copper beaches,
Flow out of my books
Onto the floors
The windows then began to melt
Unchaining my hands to space
The walls joined to contract
Into wafers, thin and nice
I grew back to a small child
Walking alone in some nowhere
I liked the vagueness around
For it makes me happy inside
The jungle came back and
So the animals and waters
As the cities faded into
Some lucid dream I shall never pick up
The slim rays from the gaps
Of distant skies touch my lips
With kiss of love and independence
And whispered into my ears
‘you shall go and live,
Every moment of life’.
Into the gardens of uncertainty,
I walked in, with smile and poise.
