The Healing

"As your wound gets healed
And slowly closes,
You would see the color of your skin,
Pale red turning to dry brown.
You would smile at it,
Laugh at it,
Try to remember it as good memory,
Note it down somewhere,
So you could read it again and again,
You would somehow return a smile or two,
To some distant thought,
And never will fear at times.
You would never mind kissing the scar,
And show it to yourself, sitting before mirror for hours,
Wasting your time to learn the lessons repeatedly,
You would soon sense you are growing,
Like a desire and turn into greed very soon.
And you shall see you are no more a wounded bird,
You feel happy to mark it as a bad dream
And close your eyes by having a forced sleep,
Only to continue to live a new life,
And go to new places hiding the scars,
Ride on new roads,
And Make some new friends,
Ask for new drinks,
Forget the pains,
And quote care-freely past is past,
Only to face the new adventures.

Life is never wound-less.
Healing turns it to how you want it to be."

The Free

“The fear that by trying to own something out of intense feeling spoils the purity of the feel and the object, is what most of the times stops us to let ourselves go for what we like.

It’s the same fear that is prejudiced into many of us since awareness by the society that any intense feeling initiates chaos and unrest, not mainly to the individual but more to the society around it. That's how most of the miracles are still left for God to perform for us, ironically even when we know we can do them by ourselves and even when we know there is no such god. The fear of failure and insecurity lead to create religion to decide who among us will go to heaven and who will got hell. The obedient, they say will reach heaven. Excuses, rules , regulations , ethics, These are not supposed to bind a free mind.

This free mind is what we are born with, out of years of gestation in the wombs of pain. Only when we come to know how difficult it is to be bound to these unnecessary disciplines, then we can create our own rules. It looks harmful. Hitler did it and many others have done it and are still doing it. They are all mocked at for they will never satisfy our egos , they will never surrender in an argument. They will never fail. May be they feel they are too busy to answer us. Or maybe they are too busy in their own world of life , liberty and pursuit of happiness. These are the men of future, grandfathers of classic freedoms. Its these bunch of stupid regulations that have made some of us look beyond the walls and jump them to explore the roads never dared to travel on. How often we can find someone feels happy and reasons it without hesitation or a second thought, that his or her smile is never faked even in the briefest of their dreams? Do we need such manipulations?

Be happy by being what you want to be, by getting what you want, by living your life the way you believe it to be a good one. Just add harmony to this and your song would become the anthem of life."

The Bad

"Any chauvinistic idea or feeling, over a period, creates a sedimentary level of rebels composed of the depressed classes, be in economic or gender, who stay weak to fight back, long enough to create a chaos machine internally and what begins as a fight for freedom is used up too much in every turn and take. This internal chaos machine is harmless until the rebel finds him or herself intoxicated to levels of being blind to the truth that the very idea of hating opposite genders or classes is creating disturbances in normal lives and complicating what's to be simple. The hate feeling spoils everything else that could be loved. This isn't a rebel attitude. Its byproduct of a bad system. Such rebels are used by bad teachers to create new examples that will show the idea of equality is an incurable sickness. That's what capitalism does or any of us who fear of losing their pockets do."

The Loss

"Two ways you can lose yourself. Its when you try to act according to people around, and its when you expect others to act according to you.
Its a temptation to be God and a comfort to be a follower."

The War

" War is love.
Just Love.
Just Loving yourself more than anyone.

There's this day, when I was alone in my room, I heard these voices of Choppers hovering around my place. Those noise was terrible , so terrible that I was searching for a gun to defend, searching out of some kind of insanity. Madness , my friend, is what war taught me. I was picked up by state, assuming to be strong in mind and body. So they trained me, in every way they can, taught me to love my nation, more than anyone ever in the mainland could dream to do so. I was uniformed , given a label or something , and was told hereafter the label would be my name , and so they did call by it. I soon forgot my name, and soon everything else.

And then there was that day, awaiting for what I was supposed to work for.
The country declared a war , on some kind of communist nation, miles away from my home. So kind of remote place full of paddy fields.

The last thing I told my wife was 'Hope so.' I dint know myself I was going to the dirtiest place in the world. The Charlie , as they said, were strong. So we armed ourselves. Picked up everyone we can. Grocer, Cobbler, and so. The orders were so. Everyone fights. What the hell was that. A bun seller sitting besides me with a machine gun, getting ready to fire. Then why the hell I was trained? They said it was love. Love for nation. How different was my love from his?

Days later, I dont remember anything. I was sitting in my drawing room. The room's empty and everything was in sheets.

Not a day goes by, thinking of why I wanted to be in army. I was just 38, when all I was left with was , a single hand. My friends lost theirs. Legs, Hands and some like me, their minds. I was diagnosed and reported having this PSD.

I work in a nearby bookstore. People respect me for what I was. Army. Screw them. Then this evening , When I was alone , reading some book , I got these lines. War is Love. Is it love out of fear? Or love to protect ourselves?

Every time my son looks at my empty , hanging sleeve,I smile at him and he would hear me saying " The tailor forgot I don't have this."

War, for some reason , is baseless. It is man's crudest form of religion to practice. Practicing it with extreme prejudice. "
